Shipping & Returns
We offer complimentary ground shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. States & territories. In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are final sale and international shipping rates may apply. We do ship also internationally. International orders are final. Any order that ships over an ocean or border (Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses) is considered international and is final sale.
Any oversized furniture or larger, heavyweight rugs may be subject to a white-glove delivery fee.
Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM CST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.
If a rug arrives defective or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item with an identical item at no expense to you however, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
Your order will likely be delivered via UPS or FedEx and we will email tracking numbers to you so that you can monitor your shipment. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
You have 15 days of delivery to return the item. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. Special orders (custom rugs) are not eligible for return.
